‘Jiminy Jayco’ 17C Hybrid SUV friendly - RV rental near Hume, CA

RV overview

Great camper for use in Kings Canyon National Park and Sequoia National Park This is a very clean, excellent condition hybrid travel trailer that is only 17 ft long. It is only 3,500 lb loaded and can be easily towed by most trucks and SUVs. Electric trailer brakes on your vehicle are required. It is a 2in ball. We live right between Kings Canyon National Park and Sequoia National Park. Book your campground in one of the parks and pick up the trailer when you arrive. Delivery and setup in either Kings or Sequoia available for an extra charge. I do not rent for Burning Man. ** may make special deals sometimes for Hume lake campground only, just ask. Also possibly able to do last minute bookings at Hume lake campground only for 2 days depending on request. ** Pickup and Drop-off times will vary depending to my work schedule but just message me and we may be able to work something out. WHAT IS INCLUDED: SLEEPING - It sleeps 5-6 comfortably two queen size hybrid fold out beds on front and rear and the dinette folds down into a beds a well. Water proof mattress pads and top sheets are provided. All other linens/sleeping bags are not provided. BATHROOM - The Bathroom has a toilet, shower, tub. Military showers recommended with only 30 gallons of water if you do not have hookups in your site. It is also stocked with all the kitchen basics: Pots, pans, small coffee maker(requires hook up or generator), tea pot for stove, spatulas and other serving utensils. We recommend you bring paper plates, bowls, cups and utensils, etc. to conserve on water and as such do not have these items in the trailer. MAIN LIVING AREA – Dinette table that seats 4 and folds down easily into a bed. Storage cabinets for clothes and pantry items. OUTSIDE – Rental includes an outside mat/ground cover. Outside BBQ is available for $15 optional fee with single use propane canister. FOR DRY CAMPING - It comes with an 30 gallon fresh water tank. If you are staying at a campground with no water hookups paper dinnerware is recommended to save water. I will also have a 6 gallon water jug available on board to refill the tank should you need extra as well as a portable grey water tank to dump if necessary. One 7 gallon propane tank and a small quiet generator that will run everything but the Air Conditioning. Microwave on the Generator will need to be run at half power. Generator is available for an optional fee of $10 per night for unlimited hours. Generator will be full at start and renter will be responsible for purchasing fuel as needed. Generator is not big enough to run the air conditioning, but necessary to charge batteries for stays longer than a couple night as well as to use the microwave and coffee pot without power hookups. There is also a tea kettle for the stove to heat water instead of the coffee pot. DELIVERY FEE. There is a $60 delivery fee to Hume Lake Campground, which includes dumping the tanks when you are done. Other campgrounds have different fees and may include a dump fee.
