The size of the camp site and parking was excellent. However having only 1 stall restrooms for the larger group sites was difficult. A longer walk was needed to the larger, nicer restrooms in the smaller single camp sites.

The campground was beautiful! Very spacious! The only thing that ruined our trip was the restrooms! They are horrible! They need to be more maintained! And there is only one stall per gender!

Site N is a nice spot. Spacious, party shaded with two big sequoias on site. Has two parking pads: fit a sprinter-van, Toyota Tundra and Honda CRV. It’s close to the rest room and water spigot. Yes there is only one restroom but there are others in the area if you cant wait a few minutes. There are sewer caps onsite but we didn't smell anything foul. Beautiful campground and area.

Great campground in a very beautiful area. You are sleeping under giant redwoods and sequoias. Bathroom on site but unfortunately no shower. Small store and restaurant walking distance from the campgrounds is

The campsite was very spacious and easy to find. Restrooms were very close which was very convenient. Both bear boxes were right next to each other and lower to the ground which made it easy to place in heavy coolers. However, most of the area was at a slight incline that even the park picnic tables were at an incline. That made sitting at the picnic tables uncomfortable. The fire pit was at a perfect spot, the area felt nice and very within the forest. We even got to see a few deer walk past us !

This camp site was a decent distance from the restrooms, just keep in mind there are only 2 individual toilets and a wash bin at the restroom location. there is a water spout on the site as well. The site itself was big with 3 picnic tables, though one table had a broken leg and was being supported by a large root and was a bit wobbly, but got the job done nonetheless. There was plenty of shaded areas to place our tents, we were able to set up 6 large tents up with plenty of shaded area to spare. There is a large area on this site that is not shaded where the picnic tables are, I'd recommend bringing your own canopy for some extra shade. Hume lake is a short drive away, highly recommend checking it out!

This site has 2 sewer caps on premise and the whole campground smelled. Grant overall campground, but site N is not it.

It was a good location. Walking distance to the General Grant Tree, the visitor center and the village. Very convenient. We had site D. Had enough flat spots for 4 tents. The bathroom is the only thing. One women’s and one men’s bathroom stall for the whole campsite. It seems the that it was getting cleaned or stocked frequently though.

Had site H. Shaded, fairly spacious, although it was pretty sloped in many spots. We were able to fit 6 tents and 15 people. Bear boxes ideally would’ve been slightly bigger but we made it work. Good location, walking distance (10 mins) to the village where there are clean bathrooms. There are only two single stall bathrooms at the campground. Not enough for a mid-sized group campground. Bathroom has a sink outside.
