Crystal Springs Campground offers spacious group sites set under beautiful redwoods and sequoias, making it ideal for families and gatherings. This site is flat and spacious, and is the highest campsite in the campground. Is on the exterior of the group campground and separated by a substantial drop and a creek from the individual campground so it's relatively private.

When we got to our campsite, someone had occupied our spot. So we had to move all their belongings outside of our campsite. A family near us didn’t have any camping etiquette, they kept crossing our area to get to the other side. Overall, it’s still a good experience..

We had a disappointing experience at Crystal Springs Campground. When we arrived at our reserved site (Lot J), another group had taken over completely (From Lot L), using both our bear boxes (which they had filled with alcohol), surrounding our fire pit with their chairs, and leaving food waste (like egg shells) out in the open, despite posted rules regarding Bears. None of them were present, but their belongings were everywhere. It took over two hours to locate a ranger, who was helpful and eventually relocated us, but by then we had already lost our entire first day... time we had planned to explore Kings Canyon, which we couldn't see at all. While the campground itself looked nice, our experience was marred by poor enforcement and lack of oversight.

One of the best campsites I’ve ever been. Bathrooms were super clean!

Very noisy with other groups around. There’s only 1 bathroom for women and 1 for men, there was always a long line. The site we were on was “K” and it is the worst site you can reserve. It shouldn’t be a site, especially for a group. It’s so small and close to the other site.

Es un lugar increíble para acampar, con una ubicación perfecta para realizar senderismo, nadar en el lago y visitar las cascadas.

We had Group site E. It was a very spacious spot. Water was across the site. Bathrooms were a swift walk away. My family had so much room to stretch our legs and play some games. Might try to make it an annual summer camp spot!

Stayed one night in a group site. Site was nice and shady, a lot of mosquitoes since it’s located by a small spring. Bathrooms were not too far away. They smelled awful due to other campers sharing it not being respectful. But would recommend the campground

Site K was very sunny and had no natural shade. The Campground itself was pretty crowded. it was unclear where 1 campground ended and the neighboring one started. The weekend we visited, we also had very loud neighbors. There also wasn't enough bathrooms in my opinion for a mid-size campground. (There was only 1 bathroom and it was a fully booked campground). There are lots of trails though leading from the campground, including a panoramic trail and general Grant. the campground is easily accessible and convenient for hiking and adventuring.

This camp was great. Bathrooms were always pretty clean and they have a sink that you can do dishes at at the bathrooms which was super helpful.
