Great camps, big bear boxes to use and a fire pit. We came late and left the morning after so did not explore the site too much

Camp site was wonderful with lots of close amenities. The bear boxes were very useful. Bathrooms were close and clean. Potable water onsite as well. The site we had was near the entrance and had good usable flat space, however I would advise staying on the smaller end of the recommended group size as we had 8 people (4 couples) and I think we could have fit 1 more tent but not much more. Also there were 2 parking spaces, but it was very tight. Only other complaint was not about the site, but that other campers seem to not have near the respect for their neighbors. An additional park patrol could have helped. Still would return 10/10. great spot

We really love the size of this camp site. It was bigger than what I have imagined. There are two reasons why I'm only giving it 4 stars:
The public restroom and the quiet time.

1. This is a mid-sized group camp site. In our group site, there are only 2 toilets available - one for the male and one for the female. So imagine the line during early morning and just after dinner. I hope they upgrade the restrooms to a more appropriate size.

2. I am not sure if there is a quiet time for this camp site. During our stay, our neighbor was really noisy up until 1am! They were playing loud music, singing, and sounded that the group was drunk.

Over-all our experience was good. We didn't stay in the campsite the whole time because we hiked the whole day. The parking spot is big enough for 2 mini vans and 2 small suvs. It says good for 15 people. We were only 10 in total equivalent to 4 families so we have 4 tents and we can still put 2 more 4-person tents.

I would have rated this an "excellent" if the restrooms had been decent. The campsite and general area were amazing, but using the restroom was cruel and unusual punishment. I had two small girls with me, and 3 of us in the restroom left not much room to maneuver. The youngest one was unable to reach the tp dispenser without falling off the toilet. I hope there are plans to replace the restrooms. They are group campsites with lots of people and one toilet each for men and women.
