We do not rent our Motorhome for Burning Man! We are located in the PALM SPRINGS AREA (Desert Hot Springs), and so is the location of our Motorhome. Relax and unwind in this 2011 - 24ft Fleetwood Tioga DSL with Mercedes chassis, Class C Diesel. The RV has a large kitchen slide out. Upgraded comfortable full-size bed. A Mercedes diesel for smooth driving. Awning and outdoor chairs (2). The RV will be completely sanitized and serviced before and after every rental. We ask that you not book and ask that you cancel if you or anyone on the trip have any COVID symptoms of illness to protect you, us and our loved ones. All surfaces are cleaned and sanitized after each use. The RV is 24 feet in length and fits in regular camping spaces so it's easy to park anywhere. We only allow this RV for Camping in the Coachella Valley, Palm Springs and Joshua Tree Area. * Smoking and/or Vaping is strictly prohibited. If the vehicle is returned with a smoke odor, a cleaning fee will be charged of up to $500. * We are not accepting pets due to allergies. However, feel free to check if there are any policy changes, depending on size of dog and circumstances, we have made exceptions. * PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH ANY TOILET PAPER, WIPES, ETC.. THERE IS A TRASH CAN IN THE BATHROOM FOR DISPOSAL OF ALL PAPER PRODUCTS. Please return the RV as clean as you received it to avoid an extra cleaning charge. Gas tank and propane tank should be return at the same level as pick-up, and grey and black sewer tanks should be empty on return, to avoid an extra charge.
