This place is not it this place sucks so much so bad. It's not even funny. Johnny ruined it he is not a good guy to have worked here dean was way more amazing and we loved him way more. He never messed it up like with Johnny the swimming pool was always clean with Dean. Which we all love and miss and Johnny ruined everything.

My wife and I moved in here October of 2024. In the beginning it was nice maintenance kept up with everything. Now it's July 2025 and in the past 3 months it's gon down hill. The gate was broken for 2 months the men's shower has been missing the door nob for almost a month now. The pool is always dirty the hot tub isn't hot and they have been trying to make us pay double on are electric. Claiming it was read wrong. Once I can understand but it has happened 3 times now so no they are trying to cheat us out of more money.

Update the pictures I just added is what the pool and hot tub look like now and have been that way for a good 3 to 4 months. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THUS PLACE TO ANYONE.

This park & Dean (the host/everything guy) is marvelous! There's a mineral heated pool, mineral hot tub, laundry facility, nice bathrooms with showers (all remodeled), even a dog park area. FYI: It's an adult park so no young children (which I personally was happy about as I have no children & appreciate quieter evenings). Dean assists with back-in & hooking up & is a wealth of information for activities nearby & even recommended an auto shop for me (I needed an alternator). Oh & the views are wonderful!

We loved this park! Arrived late on a Saturday night and the owner met us at the front gate and let us in, he directed us toward our spot, and we paid ($30 for a tent/car camping site) - it was quick and efficient! There is a pool that’s heated with the mineral springs to 94 degrees, and a hot tub to 104 degrees. Even though it was chilly, it felt wonderful at night and in the morning in both! It’s an adults only park so there are very little chemicals in the water. The restrooms were clearly updated, and in the morning there were lots of little bunnies and some ducklings walking around. We would for sure stay here again if in the area - it was a relaxing and rejuvenating stay!

Laid back, friendly park. Pool has least amount of chlorine necessary so the benefits of a hot mineral pool are more pronounced. Tents allowed, mix of RV's, park models. Restroom just refinished. Under new ownership.
