Luxury family camping - RV rental near Minden, CA

RV overview

Hello! You've found a high-end RV that's spacious enough to house a high-energy family with ease. The aspects that we particularly love about this RV include the open footprint, excessive interior storage space, lots of windows, and the excellent insulating characteristics (stays cool in summer and warm in winter given the 4-season package). I will give you the full tour when we meet and am available to answer any questions at any time. Also, I'll include an extensive instruction manual with pictures for all of the appliances or otherwise odd things you'll need to know about an RV. Finally, I am an experienced engineer and mechanic who can fix literally anything that goes wrong on you while camping within 100 mi of Minden. My goal is to serve you well and provide a hassle-free experience. I recommend that you have at least a 3/4 ton towing vehicle (like a Ram 2500, Ford F250, or Chevy 2500) since it's likely that you'll be towing through the mountains in our area. If you'll be traveling on mostly flat ground (like from Minden to Reno), then a regular 1/2 ton vehicle is fine (like a Ram 1500, Ford F150, or Chevy 1500) as long as it's rated to tow at least 9,500 lb. I will include a weight-distribution hitch with load bars and an anti-sway bar to make the towing easy. Standard features: -Regular Queen bed (sleeps 2), three Twin bunk beds (sleeps 1 each up to 6' tall), and one Queen pull-out couch. The Queen beds are the residential 60" by 80" size. -Solar charging package (200W portable panels maintain dual battery charge easily even while you are parked in the shade) -USB outlets (runs on 12V batteries - used for charging phones or other small electronic devices) -Heater (runs on propane and 12V batteries) -Refrigerator and Freezer (runs on propane and 12V batteries) -Oven (runs on propane) -TV (runs on 12V batteries) -Interior lights (runs on 12V batteries) -Water (pump runs on 12V batteries) -400W inverter with two 120V AC outlets (runs small appliances like the TV) -Standard kitchen and cooking ware (all the stuff we usually bring - you won't be needing anything more) -Standard linens for Queen beds and bunk beds -Five bath towels Features that need electrical hookup or generator rental: -Air Conditioners (one in bedroom and one in living room) -Microwave -120V AC outlets Delivery Service (if added): -I will set up the camper for you upon delivery and take it down when you're done
