2004 Jayco Escapade - RV rental near Colorado Springs, CO

RV overview

Wow! You found the best deal on the market. Welcome to my 2004 Jayco Escapade. It's a Class C and 23' in length, and it's on a Ford E350 with a Triton V10 for some extra power. Has a shower, small tub, and stand alone toilet all in one room. The bath vanity is outside the bathroom door with mirror and sink. The RV technically sleeps six, but more suited for 2 adults/2 kids or 3 adults. The adults can chose between the overhead sleeper; which is set up as a bed with memory foam full time, or fold out the sofa for a full size bed. The dining room table does convert to sleeping area, but very short in length and more suited for children. Kitchen has sink, microwave, an oven, and stove top with three burners. RV has AC and heat, both work perfectly. The water heater is apprx. 6 gallons and can be heated by gas or electric. A 40 gallon water reservoir with a water pump. Grey and black water tanks. RV comes furnished with pots, pans, blender, flatware, knife, clean linens and towels, TP, and paper towels. So the drill is upon rental; comes cleaned, linens, full propane, full tank of gas, water filled and empty grey/black tanks. Upon return, clean interior, put dirty towels/sheets in a bag, dump grey/black tanks, and fill gas. Propane fill not required, but if more than 1/2 tank used I will charge market rate to have refilled (i.e...1/2 tank propane included in rental rate). The RV has a tow hitch, but unfortunately I'm not allowing towing. Sorry no the RV does not have a TV. You are allowed 130 mi per day with rental (additional mileage over 130 per day charged upon return at 0.45 per mile). One 1 hour of generator use included with rental at no cost; additional generator use over an hour charged upon return at $7 per generator hour used). I will charge a $75.00 fee if black/grey tanks have not been properly emptied/dumped upon return. I only charge for propane if you use more than 1/2 a tank (market rates of natural gas would apply, no refill required). -armoire style closet with drawers -additional closet -dry food pantry and additional bin -under seat storage -exterior storage -AC -Heater -Fan in bath -queen size bed in overhead sleeper with 3" memory foam topper Rules I ask that you please treat the RV as your own. The only thing I ask is no pets, no muddy shoes inside the RV, and no smoking. I'll do a complete walk through with you upon pick up/return. I'm happy to answer any question you may have upon RV pickup or if you have questions on the road. Have a great trip!
