Take this small and cozy travel trailer anywhere your heart desires! Compact and light, making it very easy to haul with any SUV or truck and any conditions you feel safe driving in! The trailer is fully loaded with all options needed for your trip, kitchen, bathroom, beds. A/C and heating are included in the unit. Also a TV you can use. Perfect if you're looking to get away for a few days! Sleeps 5 - 6 people comfortably (bed is a queen size with also bunk beds 1 full size, 1 twin size. The table is convertible to a bed, as well. Camper includes a roll-out awning, TV, radio, and a small kitchen. The kitchen includes a microwave, two-burner stove, mini fridge, sink, and a kitchen box that'll include all cooking utensils. Bedding and towels will be included upon request! We want to help make your camping experience fun and easy and would love to help you pick a spot. True glamping at its finest! **Please note the microwave and A/C cannot run off of just battery power, only if hooked up to electricity at a campground. All our RV's are non smoking. Also all clients are forbidden to be on the roof of any of our RV's. Roof access is strictly for technicians. Smoking and drug use are strictly prohibited inside the trailer. Ignoring this rule will forfeit your entire security deposit. If you smoke anywhere near the trailer, close all windows and doors tightly. We are very pet friendly but ask that you disclose your intent to bring s pet PRIOR to booking the rental. An additional amount will be added to your fully refundable security deposit for each pet. If you do not disclose your intent to bring a pet until AFTER booking, or it becomes apparent that a pet was brought along without our knowledge, you will forfeit your entire security deposit. You may rent a 10x10 easy up canopy from us. Bring the trailer back in the condition it was when you left with it, and there will be no cleaning fee. If it appears that no cleaning was done, and waste tanks were not emptied, you will forfeit your entire security deposit. **HAVE FUN!** Refundable security deposit $500.00
