County Line campground is accessible via GA-211, which connects to US-29 approximately 5 miles to the west. I-85 is located about 15 miles to the south, providing further access to major routes.

Policies & Rules

General

  • Only One Unit per Site: Only one RV or travel trailer is allowed per campsite.
  • Good Condition: All RVs must be in good working order with a working bathroom
  • Environmental Protection: Cutting, damaging, or removing trees and vegetation is prohibited; help us preserve the natural environment.
  • Grills: Are allowed and must be monitored appropriately within your own campsite.
  • No Littering or Unruly Behavior: Keep the campground clean and behave appropriately.
  • Modification of Campsite: Altering the campsite, including digging or installing equipment, is not allowed without management approval.
  • Commercial Activity: Soliciting or conducting any commercial business on the property without written permission is prohibited.
  • Assumption of Risk: Tenants assume all risks associated with camping and agree to hold the property harmless from and indemnify the property against any claims.
  • Emergency Procedures: In case of emergency, follow all posted instructions and directives from park staff.
  • Right to Evict: We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who do not comply with the rules and policies.
  • Policy Changes: Management reserves the right to modify or add rules as necessary.

  • We hope your stay is a pleasant one. Please help us provide a happy camping experience for you and your neighbors by following the Rules, Terms & Conditions below:
  • **RIGS OLDER THAN 10 YEARS OR IN QUESTIONABLE CONDITION WILL NOT BE ALLOWED**
  • 3. We will not set up your rig for you.
  • 4. Bunkhouses or anything similar are not allowed in the park.
  • 6. The RV owner must be living in the rig.
  • 7. You cannot rent or sublet the RV lot.
  • 10. Generators are not to be ran at night.
  • 11. A 30-day notice is required by all long-term residents prior to move-out.
  • 12. If you want to move your rig, please talk to the office before doing so.
  • 15. Nothing is to be built on the campsite without prior approval from the office. All unapproved structures will be removed without warning.
  • 17. Your sewer hose must be routed in an orderly manner and sealed with a foam gasket. Hard piping the sewer is not permitted; you will use a flexible hose. Please do not insert your sewer hoses more than 6 inches into the sewer hole.
  • 18. All water lines must have heat tape during the winter to keep them from freezing.
  • 19. Rigs are not to be washed, however, we do allow the front windshield to be cleaned by washing from a bucket.
  • 20. If you have an emergency, call the police at 911.
  • 22. No digging on RV sites without prior approval from the office.
  • 24. Pit bulls and mixed-breed pit bulls are not allowed in the park.
  • 25. Proper attire will be worn in the park when you are outside of your rig. This includes shirts for men.
  • 28. Drunkenness or misconduct will not be tolerated, no warnings.
  • 29. If you are arrested for anything involving your conduct in the park you will be automatically evicted.
  • 31. No additions to campers. This includes any decks, porches and patios. Canopy tents/umbrellas are allowed but must be taken down daily after use.
  • 32. We suggest you chain and cover your bicycles.
  • 34. No clothes lines, other than the umbrella type.
  • 35. Do not hang clothes on your camper.
  • 41. No trampolines of any size.
  • 42. No swimming pools of any size. This includes baby/toddler wading pools.
  • - Loss of any other belongings

Parking

  • RV Condition: RVs or travel trailers must be in good working order and appearance and carry current liability insurance.
  • Right to Refuse Access: We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed unacceptable.
  • Parking: Park vehicles only in designated areas; parking on empty campsites or roadways is not allowed.
  • Speed Limit: Drive no faster than 5 MPH within the campground.
  • 5. Motorhomes should be in drivable condition. travel trailers and 5th wheels will have a vehicle to move them at all times. non-functioning rigs will not be dropped off in this park.
  • 26. Parking in the street is not permitted.
  • 33. We suggest you lock your car doors and do not leave keys or other valuables in them.
  • 36. No more than 3 cars are allowed on the site. Some sites may not accommodate 3 cars.
  • 37. No working on vehicles, changing oil, etc, fines may be imposed.
  • 38. All vehicles will be in running condition. Please report to the property manager if you have a vehicle that is temporarily inoperable.
  • 40. Atv’s, dirt bikes, and go-carts are not allowed to be driven in the park.

Safety

  • Fires: Are prohibited.
  • Supervision of Children: Parents or guardians are responsible for the supervision and safety of their children at all times.
  • Alcohol and Drug Policy: Illegal drugs are prohibited; alcohol must be consumed responsibly within your own campsite.
  • Firearms and Weapons: Firearms, weapons, and explosives are not permitted on the property.
  • Fireworks and Hazardous Materials: Fireworks and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.
  • Not Responsible for Lost or Stolen Items: The property is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles, or personal injury or damage from any cause.
  • 13. Excess length of water hose must be coiled up and placed inside the water box with lid in place. Please make sure all cable, phone and internet lines are buried to prevent mower damage.
  • 14. No trash cans are allowed at your campsite.
  • 16. Household trash in the dumpsters only. No construction scraps, wood, etc. see office for proper disposal.
  • 27. No display of alcoholic beverages. alcoholic beverages must be put in a cup when outside.

Pets

  • Pet Policy: Guests must clean up after pets; pets must be kept on a leash and under control at all times.
  • Guest Responsibility: Tenants and guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children, and/or pets.
  • 23. Permanent/staked fences are not allowed on your campsite. Short, temporary dog fences are allowed.

Noise

  • Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
  • Noise Control: Loud music or excessive noise that disturbs other guests is prohibited at all times.
  • 8. Your neighbor should not be able to hear your music or tv at any time.
  • 9. If our guests cannot enjoy being inside or outside their rig at any time, then you are being too loud.
  • 21. If you have any after-hours utility problems, please call the property manager at 770-758-6442. Do not work on them yourself.

Deposit

  • Prohibited Conduct: Harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior towards staff or other guests will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
  • Right to Refuse Service: The property is privately owned; we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone as deemed necessary. Violation of any rule or state law is grounds for dismissal from the park without a refund.
  • 1. Payment is due on the 1st of the month.
  • 2. There is a 5-day grace period on rent. On day 6 you will be charged a late fee of $75.00.
  • 39. Fireworks and firearms (rifles/hand guns) will not be discharged in the park. This includes pellet guns, bb guns, sling shots, bow and arrows, and crossbows.
  • We do not give refunds on early departures.

Guests

  • Compliance with Laws: Guests must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • Security: Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings; the park is not liable for theft or damage to personal property.
  • Indemnification Clause: Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the park and its owners from any claims arising from their use of the property.
  • 30. Campers are responsible for their guests the entire time they are in the park.
  • Notice to guests we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We will not be held responsible for:
  • - Accidents or injuries to our tenants or their guests.
