RV overview
-Must have a trailer brake system installed in the vehicle. -The 2021 240BHXL weighs in at less than 6 lb. for increased tow-ability, without sacrificing any of the comfort! This double-over-double bunkhouse packs a lot of features into its 28'10” length, including a large comfy booth dinette with panoramic windows, walk-in pantry, modern kitchen with stove, cook top, microwave, and an oversized refrigerator! Propane hot water tank makes for a quick water warm up. The bathroom provides a walk-in shower with skylight and a convenient second door to the outside. -Pets are a possibility on a case by case basis. (Larger deposit will be required) -Also there is no dirt road or back road towing with this unit. The tires on this trailer are road tires and are not designed for use in rocky and or dirt roads. -4 Person travel silverware and dinner set. K Cup coffee maker and TV. Cleaning supplies, waste tank tablets, RV toilet paper. -Anti Sway Hitch kit available for use when using a F150/Silverado sized pick up truck. -Please care for our rig as if it was your own. We love it and hope you will too. -There are additional fees IF the trailer is brought back heavily soiled, propane less than full, or waste tanks needing dumped. $100 - Deep Cleaning Fee $75 - Dump Fee $50 - Propane Fee -A reasonable amount of RV toilet paper will be provided. ONLY use RV safe toilet paper. A repair and cleaning fee of $200.00 will be assessed if regular toilet paper is found to have been used in the waste tank. -Renters should be prepared to bring their own blankets and pillows for each bed. -Please note that trailer weighs 5.5 lb dry and up to 7,000 lb w/ included amenities & full tank of water. A full size truck and/or large SUV with a towing capacity of greater than 6 lb, a 7pin harness, & trailer brake controller will be required. Owner assumes no liability for damage to Renter’s tow vehicle as a result misuse. --PLEASE NOTE. We HIGHLY recommend NOT using the awning during the rental period. The awning is NOT covered by insurance. If you choose to use it and something happens to the awning you will forfeit any deposit due to repair or replacement of the awning. -ALSO. We need to know the destination you plan on visiting. If the trailer has been found to have been taken to en entirely different location than disclosed may forfeit your deposit. (Local area changes are completely understandable, long distance changes without notification are what this section addresses.)
