RV overview
Most travel trailers look the same on the outside, but it's the inside that really matters. This one has been remodeled for comfort and practical use. Forget the usual camper wallpaper - the walls have been covered with gray & tan insulation tiles, making it feel homey and comfy, but also providing some serious protection against the outdoor temps. That 6-gallon water heater most campers have? Nope - we replaced it with a tankless water heater. The typical dinette has been replaced with a table and 2 chairs that can be moved around. Great for remote working, eating, or playing games. Two propane tanks, sway bars & levelers on the hitch, a drop-down storage gate at the back exterior, spare tire, and outdoor shower are all part of the camper. The original camper tires have been replaced with better ones. The queen bed mattress has been replaced with a very comfy residential mattress. Included: cookware, dishes, bedding, towels, and a very thorough "how-to" booklet for all the camper stuff required for traveling. We do prefer renters who have experience towing and using a travel trailer. EXTRAS AVAILABLE BY REQUEST: Separate generator available for $25/day -- however, it is NOT a 30-amp generator... solely for plugging in daily household items, and not the RV itself. Satellite internet setup is available for $25/day. Television can be added at no charge by request. NOTE -- Prohibited Use & Locations: Music Festivals & Large Events: No rentals for Burning Man, Coachella, or similar high-impact festivals. Off-Roading: Travel is restricted to paved or well-maintained gravel roads. Use on 'level 4' trails, deep sand, or unmaintained forest roads is prohibited. Beach/Coastal Exposure: Prolonged camping directly on salt-water beaches is discouraged due to salt-air corrosion. Extreme Terrain: Use in areas with steep, unmaintained mountain grades that exceed the vehicle's braking or towing capacity is prohibited.
