Inside the master bedroom there is a comfortable Queen bed, a bunk over the cab (King Size) and convertible dinette for the kids sleeping area. MASTER BEDROOM: Queen sized bed with privacy curtain. MISC SLEEPING: Roomy over cab bunk (King Size) is available with privacy curtain. The dining table converts to a bed for additional sleeping. Extra Blankets are provided. Linens: Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided. INDOOR KITCHEN: Comes with pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, knives, cutting boards, plates, bowls, plastic ware (Place Setting for Six), plastic cups, coffee mugs (2), scrub brush, wash cloths, kitchen towels, paper towels, dish soap, broom. Includes some clean gently used Cooking Utensils for the Culinary Artist in your group!! Also comes with microwave and stove (3 Burner)/oven. Even a spice rack!! Generally speaking, the kitchen is fully stocked!! YOU PROVIDE: Provisions (Food, Condiments, Ice, Beverages) WE PROVIDE: Bottled Water in fridge to start your trip, 1 bundle of firewood if desired and a bicycle rack for hauling 4 bicycles (Thule) BY REQUEST. In addition: Linens, Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels and all other items listed above!! REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT: $1400 RV will be fueled and ready to go. RV must be returned with a full tank of Gas or there will be a $50 refueling fee on top of the fuel cost. Fuel Capacity: 33 Gallons 150 Free miles a day. 70 Cents per mile for overages A one time cleaning/disinfectant fee of $80.00 applies to all rentals. **Please inquire about delivery. RV can be delivered to your address up to 20 miles from Ephrata, PA** **Pick up and Drop off times are flexible** This RV is in Top Notch condition (Like New - Only 36,000 miles!!!) and shall have a detailed inspection after each rental, guaranteeing a pleasant experience for the upcoming/next renter. ** Owner is flexible, contact if you have questions**
