Fees & deposits
- Permit fees must be paid when applications are submitted; fees are necessary for processing.
Site capacity
- Only one event is allowed per permitted space each day; partial-day rentals are not available.
Accessibility
- Restroom keys must be picked up during business hours and returned within two days after the rental.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellations made at least 30 business days in advance will receive a full refund minus transaction fees.
- Cancellations less than 30 business days in advance will not receive a refund, but fees can be applied to a new rental date if available.
