PLEASE READ CAREFULLY — WE ARE DELIVERY ONLY! Welcome to your home away from home! Our roomy travel trailer is perfect for a weekend getaway or weeklong family vacation. It features a private master bedroom, bunkhouse, full kitchen, outdoor kitchen, and plenty of living space. PLEASE verify that your campsite can accommodate the camper before booking. CAMPER SIZE & REQUIREMENTS • 38 ft. long • 8.5 ft. wide with slides in / approx. 11 ft. with slides out • 2 slides on the driver side • 50-amp electric • LEVEL campsite/lot REQUIRED FEATURES • 2 entry doors with combination locks • Main entrance steps with handrail • Master bedroom with queen bed & sliding doors • Bunkhouse sleeps 4 (one bunk has a 100-lb. weight limit) • Electric fireplace • U-shaped dinette seats 4 comfortably/6 total & converts to a full-size bed • Jackknife sofa converts to a small sleeper • Outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, sink & quick-connect for griddle • 16-ft. power awning with LED lights • 3-burner gas stove, oven & microwave • Full-size refrigerator/freezer • Instant hot water heater • Fresh-water hose, pressure regulator & filter • Sewer hose & connectors • 30/50-amp electrical cords & surge protector INCLUDED WITH RENTAL • Bed linens • 1 towel per person • 1 washcloth per person, per night • 2 rolls paper towels • Hand & dish soap • 3 rolls RV/Marine toilet paper (ONLY RV/Marine TP may be used) • Trash bags • Plates, cups, bowls, silverware & coffee mugs • Pots, pans & cooking utensils • Keurig — single cup or 12-cup brewing • Small portable table ENTERTAINMENT • Smart TV in living area with Superbox • Smart TV in master bedroom with VSee box • Smart TV in bunkhouse • BT/FM/AM radio with AUX, USB & HDMI • Indoor/outdoor speakers • Blu-ray player — bring your favorite movies for rainy days! PET POLICY Up to 2 dogs and/or cats are welcome. Please clean up after your pets and keep them off the furniture. A minimum of $250 fee may be charged for excessive pet hair/messes, odors, or damaged/chewed items. No rodents, rabbits/bunnies, monkeys, birds, or reptiles. STRICT NO SMOKING/VAPING/ILLEGAL DRUG POLICY Smoking, vaping, and illegal drugs are NOT permitted inside the camper. A minimum of $250 fee will be charged if there is evidence or odor of smoking, vaping, or illegal drug use. RULES • No festivals of any kind • Please keep the camper clean and treat it as your own • Going onto the camper roof is NOT permitted • See Rental Agreement for all additional rules and fees DELIVERY INFORMATION — PLEASE READ We are DELIVERY ONLY with a standard delivery range of 80 mi from our home base. Monday–Friday: Because we both work full-time jobs, delivery will generally be between 4:30–6:00 PM, depending on traffic and distance. Need delivery earlier than 4:30 PM? If your reservation is booked well in advance, please message us. We are happy to see if we can work with your schedule. Saturday/Sunday: We have more flexibility and may be able to deliver earlier or pick up later. Also if your location is outside our normal 80-mile range for delivery and it will be a weekend to weekend rental, send us a message—we may be able to accommodate you. For campgrounds with checkout times, we follow the campground times and will pick up the camper before the campground's checkout deadline so you are not charged for another night. We will need to be there at least an hour before campground check out. RENTER PICKUP — ONLY IF PRE-APPROVED On rare occasions, we may approve renter pickup for local campgrounds and stationary stays only. Just send us a message. If approved for pickup: • A Trailer brake controller is REQUIRED • Tow vehicle MUST meet towing-capacity requirements If you have questions about your campsite delivery location, camper itself, or timing, please message us before booking.
