This beautiful 2022 Coachmen Chaparral 5th-wheel was purchased a year ago and includes many amazing extras, self-leveling, outdoor kitchen, bunch of storage inside and outside, tall ceilings, lots of panoramic windows for that natural light, large kitchen and dining area, five (5) slide-outs and a very spacious floor plan for family and friends! Every system works great and is ready for you and your family enjoyment! **We can pick up and deliver for an additional fee.** * IMPORTANT! NO PETS due to chronic allergies. * NO SMOKING OR VAPING in camper and please keep the doors to the camper closed if smoking outside of the camper. * Two (2) bedrooms with spacious closets. * Two (2) full bathrooms (one near the master and another one conveniently located on the second bedroom with an independent entrance). * Two (2) TV's for your convenience (camper is set up for your portable satellite if you have one to bring). * Electric fireplace * Electric and propane water heater * Three (3) Air Conditioners! * Two 30 gallon Propane Tanks * 3 burner gas range with oven and a big microwave * Residential-sized fridge (runs on 120V). * Queen sized bed on the master * Two (2) pull out couches that convert into full size beds and two recliners in the front living area with built-in heat, massage, cup holder and accent lights. Sleeps 8 comfortably! * One (1) big awning * Inside is deep cleaned and disinfected after every guest and the outside is washed consistently. * A few utensils are supplied along with a few pots and pans available for you to use. - Please bring your own queen size sheet sets, full size sheets and comforters for the pullout beds, pillows, bath towels, washcloths, etc. If you need something not listed please ask me and I can do my best to have it for you. - Campground reservations and making sure the site will accommodate the size of the camper with at least a 45 foot site and electrical amp requirements of 30/50 amps are the responsibility of the renter. ** Please use a lot of water to clean up the gray tanks AND DO NOT FLUSH WIPES OR EVEN TOILET PAPER! TRASH CANS ARE AVAILABLE ON EVERY BATHROOM. ** Ask about our Firewood sale for these coming fall and winter nights under the stars.
