Our beautiful Luxury Toy Hauler can sleep up to 7+ people comfortably. 1 Queen size bed in Master Suite 1 Twin bunk bed loft above the main living area 2 Electric lowering beds in garage/dining area (Lower bed can be set-up as a king bed or 2 bench seats. Upper bed has a queen mattress.) Our All Season camper is equipped with 3 AC units to keep you cool during the summer and a Fire Place and central heat to keep you warm in the winter! There are 4 slide outs including two jumbo slides for a spacious living area. Kick back, relax, and recline on the large leather sofas in front of a 42” flat screen TV with Blue Ray Player. The separate master bedroom has a spacious closet and several storage areas for those long vacations. The bathroom has a vanity for storage and corner shower. The kiddos will enjoy the adorable twin bunk with ladder. Are you scared of bugs? No worries here. With the 12’ screened in garage it can hold all of your toys or serve as an extra living space with two electronic bed/sofa’s. This RV is sure to make for fabulous family adventure or getaway. Just bring your personal items and create memories. *** Please be sure when you are booking your campsite that your site has 50amp full hook up to include sewer that can house a 42’ 5th wheel.*** *** NO SMOKING ALLOWED *** (If evidence of smoking is present you forfeit your entire deposit.) *** NO PETS ALLOWED *** (If we show up for a delivery and there is a pet, you will be charged a $500 pet cleaning fee, or there is any evidence of a pet in the trailer) - Fully stocked kitchen. Includes ceramic dishes, pots and pans, coffee pot, cooking utensils, and silverware. - Also included; outdoor carpet and small Weber Grill.
