Thanks for checking out our camper! This travel trailer is spacious enough for camping with family/friends (sleeps 8-10). Space is quite versatile, we hope it fits your camping needs! *Primitive camping not allowed from 11/1-3/1* Queen bed in front room with memory foam topper, sofa and dinette fold down into spacious sleeping, 1 double sized bunk bed in the rear bunkhouse with memory foam topper and 2 twin bunk beds both with memory foam topper, TV and Xbox in rear bunkhouse as well, Double slides in the rear bunkhouse for a super open room with space, bathroom with shower/tub combo, upgraded bathroom faucet, kitchen with upgraded faucet, good sized refrigerator with freezer, 3-burner cooktop, oven, microwave, 6qt air fryer, Nespresso Vertuo Next for coffee, 18’power awning with LED lights, indoor/outdoor speakers, stereo and USB cord for connecting. Full outdoor kitchen equipped with 22' Blackstone griddle, refrigerator, sink with upgraded faucet, and ice maker. Sit and enjoy the outdoors under the large awning while streaming your favorite music. For winding down at night or that nasty rainy day, this RV comes equipped with 2 TV's an X-Box, DVD player and 2 Roku systems. There is plenty of storage for an average size family, including space under the couch, dinette, and front bed.. a cabinet above the sofa, kitchen cabinets and drawers, plus outside pass through compartment! We provide delivery and set-up/take-down services (basic). Weekday (Monday-Friday) delivery/pick up is after 5pm. Please reach out to us to coordinate all delivery requests BEFORE booking. We are up for just about anything as long as it doesn't do any damage to our travel trailer. For reservations: Basic Orientation is REQUIRED. Also included: Basic linens- sanitized (sheets, quilts, pillow cases, pillows, towels, kitchen towels, and iPhone/Type C chargers) Pots and pans Dinnerware Cooking utensils Nespresso Coffee maker Blackstone griddle/grill (Propane for grill IS provided and automatically hooked up with the camper) 2 stationary propane tanks for use of furnace and stovetop/oven/Blackstone Water and sewer hoses 30amp power cable 30amp to 50 amp adapter Extension cord(s)- (upon request) Generator Inverter (additional fees apply $40 per day) Additional rules and optional fees Black and Grey tanks should be returned empty or there will be a $100 charge. All kitchen items should be cleaned and put away. Please strip all beds that have been used at the end of the rental and place in the floor. Fire wood bundles (in state rentals only): $10 each (up to 5). For deliveries to campgrounds located on Blue Ridge Parkway: additional fee of $30 will apply. This covers entrance to the parkway for delivery and pickup.
