Thanks for checking out our camper! This travel trailer is easy to tow yet spacious enough for camping with family/friends (sleeps 6-8). Space is quite versatile, we hope it fits your camping needs! *Primitive camping not allowed from 11/1-4/1* *Delivery not available within ALL National & State Parks* Queen bed in front room, sofa and dinette fold down into spacious sleeping, 2 double sized bunk beds in the rear, full bathroom with shower, kitchen with under-mount sink, full size refrigerator, flush mount 3-burner cooktop, oven, microwave, 12' power awning with LED lights, indoor/outdoor speakers, Bluetooth stereo and USB charging throughout. Sit and enjoy the outdoors under the large awning while streaming your favorite music. For winding down at night or that nasty rainy day, a Smart-TV has been installed to enjoy your favorite streaming show! There is plenty of storage for an average size family, including space under the couch, dinette, and front bed.. a shelf above the sofa, kitchen cabinet and drawers, plus outside pass through compartment! We provide delivery and set-up/take-down services (basic). Weekday (Monday-Friday) delivery/pick up is after 5pm. Please reach out to us to coordinate all delivery requests BEFORE booking. We are up for just about anything as long as it doesn't do any damage to our travel trailer. For pick-up reservations: Orientation is REQUIRED. Also included: Weight distributing tow hitch and sway bars Basic linens- sanitized (sheets, quilts, pillow cases (no pillows), towels, and kitchen towels) Pots and pans Dinnerware Cooking utensils Coffee maker Blackstone griddle/grill (Propane for grill IS NOT provided) 2 stationary propane tanks for use of furnace and stovetop/oven Water and sewer hoses 30amp power cable Extension cord(s)- (upon request) Generator Inverter (additional fees apply $40 per day) Additional rules and optional fees: Vehicles must be able to tow at least 7,000 lbs. Sway Bars are required while towing. Provided along with weight distributing hitch. Black and Grey tanks should be returned empty or there will be a $100 charge. All kitchen items should be cleaned and put away. Please strip all beds at the end of the rental and place in the floor. Fire wood bundles (In-State rentals only. Cannot be purchased for use within national state parks.): $10 each (up to 5).
