What Guests Are Saying
Hardridge Creek offers a beautiful and peaceful camping experience with friendly staff and well-maintained sites, especially near the water. Many campers appreciate the spaciousness and natural setting, with highlights including great views and opportunities for kayaking and fishing. However, some reviews indicate a decline in maintenance, particularly regarding bathrooms, laundry facilities, and overgrown vegetation, as well as issues with ants. Overall, it remains a favorite for many, though improvements are needed.

I love the Campground, but the two things that stood out one fishing from the bank doesn’t work and two the campground is loaded with ants. I sprayed around the ground of my Camper the minute that I set up camp and the ants still found their way into our camper.

The view was beautiful. The campground was very easy to maneuver. We drove 20 minutes into Abbeville, AL and really enjoyed that small town.

We love COE campgrounds! Beautiful lake view and easy access for kayaking from our spot. And the price...wow! Only $15 with America the Beautiful pass. One hiccup – there were some low hanging branches that scraped the top of our trailer on entrance to our site.
