What Guests Are Saying
Hardridge Creek offers a beautiful and peaceful camping experience with friendly staff and well-maintained sites, especially near the water. Many campers appreciate the spaciousness and natural setting, with highlights including great views and opportunities for kayaking and fishing. However, some reviews indicate a decline in maintenance, particularly regarding bathrooms, laundry facilities, and overgrown vegetation, as well as issues with ants. Overall, it remains a favorite for many, though improvements are needed.

There was a large amount of dog poop on the right side of the grass area between the covered provillian and the fence, People were too lazy to pick up after their dogs. Other than that it was great, the staff were very nice as were the other campers. We have aready made plans to go back in May.

Nice level sites, clean restrooms, friendly staff, and a great little fish cleaning house. We will definitely go here again.

Beautiful sunrises over the lake. Friendly and helpful camp hosts. Laundry room was small but clean and machines worked. The hiking trails need grading and clearing. They’re poorly marked, very rough, and fallen trees are blocking some of the trails.

Wonderfully quiet camping spot. Campground was half full, but all spaces were well-distanced, and the one we chose had a sweet location on the lake, with a great walk along the beach. Bath house had plenty of hot water and was clean and well maintained. Our only complaint was the outrageously bright street light a few feet away. The inside of our tent was never dark, and it felt like perpetual morning all night. Otherwise very nice stopover on our way back home from Florida.
