What Guests Are Saying
Hardridge Creek offers a beautiful and peaceful camping experience with friendly staff and well-maintained sites, especially near the water. Many campers appreciate the spaciousness and natural setting, with highlights including great views and opportunities for kayaking and fishing. However, some reviews indicate a decline in maintenance, particularly regarding bathrooms, laundry facilities, and overgrown vegetation, as well as issues with ants. Overall, it remains a favorite for many, though improvements are needed.

I stayed on lot 10 the grill was broke so we could not use it also the bathrooms were not cleaned but once the whole time we were there and the air was not working in them. This park has went down hill it is time to invest some money into this park as you have in others

The campground is great for families and very casual and natural setting. The beach was lots of fun I was in sight 51 and it was wonderful. Do make sure that you bring ant killer because those little ants are very pesky

The park was lovely and clean. A lot of birds were singing and we had a restful stay.
On our walks we saw chipmunks.
Our site was large with a great view of the sunrise.
The park had a notice ab
Argentine ants but we didn’t see them.

A little improvement is needed in making this a favorite again. There is a fish house, beach.

This was a decent place. Thankfully our site was in the shade. We were by the water, but could not see the water due to overgrown shrubbery. My site seemed to have grown up weeds all around. I was also concerned about people speeding through the campground, as I had 3 small children playing around.

Great place , quiet and enjoyable . Had site 6 . There was an issue with flying insects but a large fan helped but the flies were tough to get over .

It's a very pretty park, we have stayed here many times. The ranger and volunteers are friendly and helpful.

The grass hadn’t been cut in a month. You couldn’t go to the bathroom house because it was so hot in there because you won’t fix the air or at least put an exhaust fan in there.
