What Guests Are Saying
Hardridge Creek offers a beautiful and peaceful camping experience with friendly staff and well-maintained sites, especially near the water. Many campers appreciate the spaciousness and natural setting, with highlights including great views and opportunities for kayaking and fishing. However, some reviews indicate a decline in maintenance, particularly regarding bathrooms, laundry facilities, and overgrown vegetation, as well as issues with ants. Overall, it remains a favorite for many, though improvements are needed.

We always enjoy camping at Corps of Engineers sites, they are clean and well set up. We appreciate the roomy campsites and full hookups. The only downside to this trip was that the camper was overrun with ants due to the heavy rains and that’s certainly not the campground’s fault!

Our site was great the whole place was very well kept. The employees were very friendly. The only problem was the ants, ant were on everything and everywhere. Don’t know what they can do about that. The morning we were leaving the electricity was turned off without prior notice. We did get a call about the time it went off and we were told they were doing repairs. Wish they would have given us notice the day before.
We had a great time and will definitely go back.
