Foscue Creek Campground is nestled on the forested lake shore of Demopolis Lake, the largest lake on the Black Warrior-Tombigbee Waterway. Demopolis Lake offers 10,000 acres of water to explore. The region is excellent for hunting, and game is plentiful. Foscue Creek Campground offers a peaceful retreat for families, anglers, boaters and those who want to get away any time of year.

We stayed in site 22 and most of the view was blocked by trees. The site was very clean, the pad area was raked and ready for us upon our arrival. The restrooms and showers are very, very clean. The lawn is kelp cut and trimmed. The host is so nice and helpful. They checked us in and took us to our site. The host ask if we needed any help with anything. I have never had such nice host at any other COE campground or private campground offer to help us if needed.

The campground is full hookup. Most sites are on the water and what is not directly on the water have a water view. There are play grounds for children and areas to walk. There is a large day use area on the water also.

The campground has excellent starlink reception and Verizon is good.

This campground truly the best.

We are a Family from Germany and we made a round Trip through the South Staates including Alabama an we spend a night on this beautiful Campground on 4th of july. It was amazing, the park was very clean and all around was in good condition. We booked the place a few hours before our arrival at the Campground and it was very easy. We had a personal porch over the little river. We meet some really nice folks on this place. 10 out of 10

Foscue is our favorite place to camp. Hosts are always friendly and helpful in all matters. This campground is always maintained to top level! Love the bike trails and seeing the barges is a bonus.

  • Check-in times for shelters at Foscue Creek Park are specified upon reservation; departure must occur at or before the designated time.
  • Park gates are locked at specific times and will not reopen until the designated time; there are no exceptions.

Cancellation policy

  • Reservation fees are non-refundable. For campsites, cabins, lookouts, yurts, group sites, and similar stays, we charge a reservation service fee of $8.
  • Standard cancellations usually have a $10 cancellation fee. Customers can generally cancel before the check-in date online.
  • Late cancellation rules differ by stay type.
    • Individual campsites: cancelling after 12:00am local time the day before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
    • Cabins, lookouts, and yurts: cancelling less than 14 days before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
    • One-night reservations: a late cancellation usually forfeits the full amount paid, up to the total original reservation cost.
  • Modifications are allowed before the cut-off window, but fees depend on the change. Changing to dates completely outside the original reservation dates may trigger a $10 change fee. Extending or shortening a stay that still includes original dates usually has no change fee, though refunds may depend on timing and facility rules. Switching to the same type of campsite for the same dates usually has no change fee, but price differences are charged or refunded.
  • Early departures may or may not be refunded. At certain facilities, partial refunds may be possible if staff can mark the site available for other visitors. No refund is given for a night if the early departure is requested after that day's check-out time.
  • Security deposits are separate. Security deposits may be refunded to the original payment method if the facility is left in acceptable condition, as determined by the property.
