Corinth Recreation Area is a well-maintained and beautiful campground, offering large, private sites in a serene setting. Campers appreciate the cleanliness of the facilities, friendly staff, and the peaceful atmosphere, making it a favorite destination for relaxation. While some visitors noted the need for more showers and better phone access for emergencies, the overall experience remains highly positive, with many planning to return.

Tent camped. Very clean campground with easy access to clean restrooms. Sites were spaced as to not feel on top of each other and they were only a short walk to the lake (which has a great view of the sunset). 10/10 will return again.

This is a really special place. Most sites are spacious and well shaded. The nearby town of Double Springs has a grocery store that sells wood. It was quiet and peaceful here and fellow campers turned out their outdoor lights at night. Nice to find a place with considerate campers.
The National Forest has hiking trails.
Boating and fishing are also popular activities.

Very nice camp ground. The tent sites were spaced to have a nice distance between campers. The sites were cleaned up and the new fire pits were very nice, user friendly, and easy to use for grilling and cocking. The restrooms were clean and TP was always available. In the camp ground there weren't any mosquitos or ticks. I'm not sure if they spray for bugs or not. We did encounter a number of ticks after waking through the woods and down to the lake. All in all very pretty area with nice camp sites and a friendly staff.

Everything was clean and beautiful. The manicured lawn’s were beautiful. We were not sure why the bathrooms were not open. Every other campground that we are going to during the pandemic have been opened.
