Sites are very clean ,bathrooms clean and warm . This campground was a central point to the trails we were looking to hike. Not much cell service so have a game plan before going. Double during up the road has servuce you can download most GPS . You need a code yo get into park .

Corinth Recreation Area is a beautiful place that we really enjoyed. Our stay was in late April when migrating birds were coming through in numbers. We stayed in an RV site in the Yellowhammer loop that was level and well-shaded. Note - you will need to travel a few miles away from the campground by auto to reach the hiking trails in the Bankhead NF.

Stayed at Site 41 - very nice level site. Positive - It was great to stay at a campsite with sewage hookup plus water and electricity available at the site. Negative - limited view of the water and no direct access to the water from any of the camp sites. Had to drive to the ramp to put kayaks in the water.

Very quite campground with lots of privacy at certain sites. The closer you are to the lake the more traffic you will see. The bathrooms were very clean and the hosts were very helpful.

Peaceful campground.
Most sites are spaced generously apart.
Close drive to multiple waterfalls.
One drawback is there is no laundry on site.
