What Guests Are Saying
White Oak Campground is praised for its beautiful setting, clean facilities, and friendly staff, making it a popular choice among campers. Many enjoy the spacious, well-maintained sites, particularly those by the water, and appreciate the peaceful atmosphere despite some noise from motorized boats. While there are occasional concerns about restroom cleanliness and the need for better maintenance, most visitors express a desire to return.

Excellent camp ground, sad we had to cut our 4 day weekend to 2 days due to emergency health problem. Recommend the camp ground gates not be looked at night, without giving campers access to leave for an emergency room visit.

Park needs to fine pet owners for not controlling their pets! Pick up after them and keep them on the leash. Park looked and sounded like a dog pond. This has always been one of our favorite places to camp but it has changed!

We were here for two weeks , first week campground was great but no one was cleaning bathrooms for 1 1/2 weeks, some people said it had been about a month since someone had cleaned. No signs were placed at guard shack to sign book if late coming in and my son was yelled at by one of the host as she ran out of her camper. Also was yelled at about parking car at gate area so we could get back in after gate closed from ballgame.

We had the most beautiful waterfront site. The mosquitoes were ridiculous, and I have never seen so many different species of spiders. Other than the bugs it was really peaceful and we met some pretty awesome people. We will definitely be back
