What Guests Are Saying
White Oak Campground is praised for its beautiful setting, clean facilities, and friendly staff, making it a popular choice among campers. Many enjoy the spacious, well-maintained sites, particularly those by the water, and appreciate the peaceful atmosphere despite some noise from motorized boats. While there are occasional concerns about restroom cleanliness and the need for better maintenance, most visitors express a desire to return.

First time there. Pleasantly surprised, almost all of the sites are spacious and level. So many right on the water. We'll be back!

the BEST park for family camping we have been going there for 20 years now . Our family of 7 campers start camping in April through September boating wave runners tubing fishing kids playing on playground and on the beach in the dirt If you go you will always go back I promise.

We camp with friends, usually there are from 6 to 12 people. We cook most of our meals outside. Although we like going to Hugging Molly in Abbeville.
Lots of fishing and campfires.

This COE campground has lots of waterfront sites however, the sites are small with drainage that floods (when raining) what little level pad area is provided. There is little area behind each site to the water's edge. Unfortunately, we experienced neighboring campers continuously walking across our site to view or access the lake (including "walking" their dog without picking up after). We love COE campgrounds and are grateful for the affordable camping. This is one COE we will not camp at again.
