Arrival & departure

  • Check-in is from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM daily.
  • After-hours check-in requires prior arrangement.
  • Reservations must be confirmed before arrival.
  • Guests must check in by phone upon arrival.
  • Guests must email or text a valid photo ID.
  • Guests must provide RV registration and insurance proof.
  • Guests may need to complete a Long-Term Guest Agreement.

Site capacity

  • Only one RV or travel trailer is permitted at each campsite.

Site types & loops

  • RVs and travel trailers must be well-maintained and insured.
  • No alterations to the campsite without management permission.

  • RVs must be 20 years old or newer or subject to management approval based on condition. No tents, standalone canopies or storage containers are allowed.
  • โ€ข Clean & Operational:
  • โ€ข Long-term stays are reviewed every [30/60/90 days].
  • โ€ข Extensions must be approved and are subject to availability.

Vehicles & parking

  • Access may be denied for unacceptable vehicles.
  • Park only in designated areas; two cars allowed per site.
  • Maximum of two cars allowed per site.
  • Extra cars must use designated parking areas.

Safety & rules

  • Maximum speed limit is 5 MPH in the campground.
  • Do not cut, damage, or remove trees and vegetation.
  • Parents must supervise their children at all times.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
  • Loud noise that disturbs others is not permitted.
  • Maintain cleanliness and appropriate behavior at the campground.
  • Illegal drugs are banned; alcohol must be used responsibly.
  • Weapons and explosives are strictly forbidden.
  • Fireworks and hazardous materials are not allowed.
  • Guests are liable for any damage or injuries caused by them or their pets.
  • Guests acknowledge the risks of camping and indemnify the property.
  • The property is not liable for lost or stolen items.
  • Guests must secure their belongings; the park is not liable for theft.
  • Follow staff instructions during emergencies.
  • Management can change policies as needed.
  • Long-term guests must stay a minimum of 30 days.
  • Drug use and disorderly conduct are prohibited.
  • Loud music and disruptive parties are not allowed.
  • Long-term stays are reviewed periodically.

Fires & fuel

  • Fires are currently not allowed.

Pets

  • Maximum of two pets allowed per site; cleanup and leashing required.
  • โ€ข All occupants, including children and pets, must be listed on the registration form.
  • โ€ข A maximum of 2 pets per site. Breed restrictions may apply.
  • โ€ข Pets must be leashed and supervised at all times.

Amenities

  • Follow posted rules for shared facilities.

Local regulations

  • Commercial activities require written permission.
  • All guests must follow applicable laws and regulations.
  • Service may be refused for rule violations.
  • Non-compliance may result in eviction.

Deposit

  • Prohibited Conduct: Harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior towards staff or other guests will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
  • >If there is unnecessary behavior, violence, harassment, assault or any prohibited behavior toward others on our property the owner will be notified and has the right to ask you to vacate the premises immediately without refund. If unwilling to vacate we have the right to get law enforcement involved. If unwilling/unable to move camper due to said acts, we have the right to move your camper and will be dropped off at the local sheriffs office. The safety of our guests is our priority and will not tolerate prohibited behavior.

Guests

  • Indemnification Clause: Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the park and its owners from any claims arising from their use of the property.
  • Upon arrival, all guests must:
  • Guests are responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly site at all times. No clothes lines allowed. Plese no unattended personal items left out of RV. All personal items need to be kept neat per site or stowed away when unattended. If any personal items are left out, we are not responsible for any damage done by our yard maintenance crew.

Fees & deposits

  • First month's rent and security deposit are required at check-in.
  • Payments can be made via cash, credit card, check, debit, or ACH.

Safety

  • All RVs must be in good working order and free from excessive wear or damage.
  • -No trash on the ground or trash cans outside of RV site. All trash goes in designated trash dumpster.
