Arrival & departure
- Shady Acres Campground is for temporary lodging, and site availability is not guaranteed after the rental period.
Fees & deposits
- Weekly and monthly rates must be paid in advance; late payments will incur daily rates.
Cancellation policy
- No refunds are available for any rates paid.
Safety & rules
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM; please avoid disturbing others.
- Trash must be securely bagged and placed in designated containers; keep your campsite clean.
- Fireworks and firearms, including BB and airsoft guns, are not allowed on park property.
Vehicles & parking
- Vehicles must be parked on gravel, not grass; only two vehicles per site are allowed.
Pets
- Well-behaved pets are allowed but must be leashed, not left unattended, and are prohibited in buildings and the pool area.
Amenities
- Restrooms and showers are for registered campers only; children under 16 must be with an adult, and certain activities are prohibited.
- Laundry facilities are available for registered campers; children under 14 must be with an adult, and clotheslines are not allowed.
Local regulations
- Prohibited activities include alcohol (except at site), auto repairs, bike riding in certain areas, cutting live trees, and more.
- Management reserves the right to refuse service, limit stays, and evict guests without refund.
- Guests agree to pay any attorney fees incurred during eviction proceedings if necessary.
- Guests must read and comply with all posted campground rules and regulations.
