We found out campsite (#1) to be excellent in location and ease of getting a 40 foot RV on to it. The staff was all so nice and we even received a complimentary ride to the airport to pick up our rental car. Service above and beyond.

Hosts were attentive and hard working. Campsites have tremendous views. The Beech Tree Hollow trail is exceptional. Many old growth beech, Virginia pines, and white oak tress in a beautiful stream valley. Shower facilities clean and reasonably large.

Stayed at Site 39, with a beautiful view. We had a 27 ft trailer. Negotiating the tight loop can be tricky.

Deerlick Creek is outstanding! The staff that I met while there were and are outstanding! The grounds were as clean as a whistle. Private and wooded sites. Level cement pads, fire pit, picnic table, and huge deck on each site. Trails all over the place. Did I mention it is outstanding? A+

This Campground is on our top 10 Army Corps of Engineer campgrounds that we have visited. Beautifully maintained sites, clean restrooms, awesome topography with great views, hiking trails and the icing on the cake are the wonderful campground volunteers.
