What a wonderful campsite!!! We were at site #43 on a bluff overlooking the lake below (thru the trees). The park is very well kept with very friendly and helpful staff. The free available firewood was an absolute bonus for the chilly mornings and evenings. This is a DEFINITE do-over!!!

Staff was super nice. Firewood was abundant. View from site was excellent (32). Our site was super large, but I did not see many smaller sites. People out walking around were super friendly. We will be back if in the area.

This COE campground is our favorite! Staff is friendly and attentive to details. It’s fun to see the deer playing through the park. We will be back.

From the moment we arrived the host was so informative and friendly. The campsite , restrooms & trails was very clean & well kept. This was our first RV experience and we are looking forward to many more & we will definitely visit deer lick again.

Beautiful out of the way location with some very uniquely built sites. Hosts kept the whole campground very tidy and bathrooms were extremely clean. We'll be back for certain.

Tent camping at site 41. Nice trails around camp. Met some very nice Alabama football fans there for a game. Campgrounds are close to Tuscaloosa as the crow flies, but 25-30 minutes by car. Beautiful lake views.
