Dense woods all around campsites. All are very short. Had difficulty getting 35’ fifth when in #4. Very quiet. Small creek on edge of campground

The spot was misrepresented. It said it fit a 30ft trailer and 2 vehicles. It barely fit the trailer. The camp host was not helpful in trying to fix the situation and told us we would have to leave our vehicle somewhere else in the park and pay extra fees. We ended up leaving and will not be staying there again. Makes me sad considering that I’ve stayed at Granite Creek for years, this was just our first time with a trailer. I asked for a refund as we paid for 4 nights and still haven’t heard a word from the facility manager.

This is a lovely campground along the road between Anchorage and Seward. hidden back, it's super quiet nd you can go sit near the creek and completely relax.

Large site with single wide parking. Two seconds from the creek with small rivulet where kids can safely play. Very lush, on the verge of overgrown. Can hear the road, even over the water, which dampened our enthusiasm for the campground.

A beautiful campground! We're so glad we picked this spot, right on the river.

I love this little campground! The facilities are older but you really can't beat the feel of the place. The campsites are well separated and mostly level, a few even have creek frontage. The campground has always been quiet and serene when I've visited. Keep an eye on the weather if you go, it can get pretty chilly at that elevation. Spot 13 has a little bit of shade, if you're looking for that. Otherwise the spots are pretty sunny.

I love camping at Granite Creek! Everything was great but I do wish they grated the road in a bit better. It was quite a bumpy ride in a motorhome. It's also a bummer to be out in the wilderness and hear generators running early morning and into the evening.... ruins the ambiance.
