This place is absolutely beautiful! The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful and wide open. The air feels fresh, and the temperature is just right — not too hot, not too cold.
One of the best things: no bugs at all! That made the stay extra comfortable.

Too hot, too dry, too brown. I need some green. Facilities were clean and neat. Bathhouse shower water scalding hot. It's solar heated. Fixed temperature. No way to adjust. Warning signs tell of scald potential. Water was way too hot to shower. Also, a little concerned with safety being within eyeball range of the border. There was some nighttime activity that gave me concern. I left two days early.

One of the best desert camping experiences I have had--with few visitors, the isolation was well received. We were a bit bedeviled by the hours kept by the park visitor center, though the wifi service held up.

Superbe nuit passée dans ce camping. Peu de monde. Superbes scènes au soleil couchant. Sanitaire propre

Excellent place to stay. Only complaint is the light that is on all night over the self registration stand. Wold be nice if it was a bit shorter so it doesn't effect night vision. What a wonderful area. Be prepared for wind.

Sites are close together and the layout is tricky to figure out where you want to be, but everything works and all needs are met. The solar shower at the end of the day is fantastic. Phone coverage was tricky as Tmobile thought we were in Mexico.
