A great campground. Quiet and relaxing. No cell service so if that’s needed you will have to drive into Jerome or Prescott to get service.

We will definitely be back! ! Clean restroom and friendly host. It stormed on and off all weekend, and still had a great experience.

First time at Potato Patch Campground and the family loved it! The hosts were friendly and the restrooms were spotless. We stayed in the loop with electrical hookups as it was our first time using our travel trailer. That loop lacks privacy but it was still nice. The large wooded section of the campground has some fantastic sites and we will be returning soon.

Serene campground with lots of shade. Nice hosts. Extremely clean restrooms with no bad odor. If we ever find our way in AZ again would gladly stay at Potato Patch.

I love the Potato Patch and have been camping there since about 2008 after I finished building my 1st teardrop. It was a great place to go from Phoenix for relief from the summer heat and only a little more than an hours drive. Many of my teardrop and tiny trailer friends have enjoyed it as well, including those who pulled teardrops behind their classic '50's pickup trucks.
Also of interest in the area would be watching for vehicles passing on the Hwy that have their skydiving equipment tied down on the top of their vehicle. They would be headed for the jump off site overlooking the Verde Valley. A drive over to the rim to watch the action is priceless! Also notable, is a visit to the old town of Jerome to walk main street & have dinner. Thanks for the memories!
Back to the Patch, the hosts are most pleasant and helpful!
