Dry-camping (no hook-ups) but 3 very clean restrooms. Staff friendly & helpful. Most sites have a cement walkway to a concrete pad with picnic table, wood fire enclosure, and bbq grill with lid. There are 2 types of sites: back-ins & parallel-to-road. For longer rigs &/or with tow car hitched, the parallel sites can be hard to fit into. There is only a dashed paint line separating the site from the road - there may be a risk to extending a slide-out on the road/driver side. A traffic cone or brightly-colored foam noodle ‘bumper’ might help draw attention to how little clearance there is. There was an indication that this was a ‘dark sky’ park, but the bathrooms were well-lit for visibility & safety - a trade-off. The only real disappointment was the absence of quiet due to continually running generator sets. There was no road noise, no rowdy inconsiderate behavior, plenty of bird song - it should have been a pristinely quiet experience, but the gen-set noise was louder then the sound of breeze thru the tree needles.

Nice forested campsites with pretty good spacing for separation from other campers. Clean bath facilities. Right next to Sunset Crater National Monument. Campground hosts were outstanding.
