Although it was terribly hot during our stay, the campground was beautiful. Sites are well spaced. The hosts Jodi and Norm were amazing, friendly and helpful. The restrooms were spotless and the whole campground was very well kept. Right in the backyard Sunset Crater, a must see.

Beautiful campground. We used to camp there many years ago and were happy to find the campsites well maintained and the bathrooms extremely clean. Sadly many of the hikes we used to do around Flagstaff have been impacted by fire.
We also enjoyed the Saturday night campfire talk in the campground amphitheater about Smokey Bear. It was timely , instructive as well as fun for everyone. Thank you to the National Forest volunteer who set it up.
