A clean and comfortable stay. Hosts communicated well. A really cute tiny home. I could have used another step to try and get inside while holding the door so the wind didn't take it, but we figured out a system. It's windy! Nice dark skies and a fun stay! Thank you for sharing your tiny homes.

WoW! A really nice find! Very nice hosts! Clean, quiet, great dog park and the clubhouse is super! Pool Table, ping-pong, airhockey, exercise equipment just really nice. They even have a shopping corner with souvenirs and munchies. Trust me this is a little Oasis just 24 mile from Flagstaff!

Was literally a lifesaver when our Tesla couldn’t make it into town. It was a emergency situation for us and Adam kindly let us use his personal EV charger and even rest in the club house with drinks and games and restroomS and fully-functioning AC.
I hope no one takes advantage of his courtesy, but this was truly an oasis in the desert. As a business too, it’s an amazing camping spot with everything you’ll need.

Big rig comfy.Friendly but not pushy staff. Very clean ground. Our 73' rig fit just fine. Great community room. Wifi sucked, connected but spotty or no Internet. Verizon worked fine streaming and email.
Level spots. 20-30psi water pressure. I would have liked 60. But the nice long shower was fine. Best of all it's NOT in town. Beautiful views. Community building was real nice, games, foozeball, pool, ski ball. Great dog park.
I added this one to my saved. I'll b back.
