Great place to camp and enjoy the solitude and quiet. Large campsites and a large distance from others. Petroglyph only take about 30 minutes to read about and see.

Lets face it.....this is a bare bones campground. There is little reason to spend any time there. There is no shade, the wind whips through unencumbered, and, as advertised, there is no water or electricity. Once you have seen the petroglyphs, you might as well go somewhere a little more pleasant. The petroglyphs are wonderful, and well worth the drive over. Just camp somewhere else.
