An ideal starting point for the rim. There's also a bike trail leading to the rim, which we used during the day for a sunrise.

This is one of the best campgrounds I have ever camped at. Thoughtfully Constructed to have spacious campsites with picnic table and fire rings. Definitely going to return next summer. Camp host "Mike" was very friendly and helpful!

We visited the South rim of the Grand Canyon and love this location for camping. We have a Jayco Eagle 5th Wheel that is about 35' long. There were many sites that could handle the trailer and truck plus another car for our visiting grandkids. We had cell phone service VZ & TMobile while we were there. We stayed in the Elk Loop because we wanted a pull through site that also had a tent pad. Most of the sites in the other loops do not have tent pads. The vault bathrooms were very clean. Our camp host for this loop was very gracious and friendly! We filled up with water at the Maverik in Williams and also stopped there on the way back to dump tanks.

Great location: right by Tusayan & about ten miles from the canyon. Not a busy campground, very quiet, private, & large!

Nice campsite. Backs up against a small clearing and then the forest so you get a great little view. Very quiet at night. No parking spot, only a small pull out on the road, but big enough for a large SUV. Small walking trail runs close to left. Can hear the helicopters from the airport during the day.

Location is great close to Grand Canyon NP. The facilities and campsites were clean, there was good spacing between sites

The campground was very clean and quiet. It felt like we were way deep in the woods but we weren't. The host was very pleasant. It was just what we expected.

Spacious sites, clean restrooms, quiet and peaceful. A hidden gem just outside of the Grand Canyon National Park. Will definitely be going back!
