Quieter camping experience compared to Mather campground. Clean bathrooms and campsites, but no showers. Leave early to avoid long wait in line at the entrance to the Park.

We tent camped in Raven Loop R31. Large campsites. Very quiet and comfortable. Surrounded by lots of trees and no people. Raven Loop had only 4 or 5 occupied sites at most (in July!). All very spread out. Quite private. Good space for tent and car - and then some. Noticed some sites didn't have a space for car? Nearest toilet was clean, stocked, with no bad smells. Needed to use the car to fetch water from the spigot in the trash bins area near the campsite host/manager. So bring a large enough container so you only have to do that once. No water at/near campsites. Little collectible firewood on the ground other than a couple very large pieces at a distance so bring a saw. Short drive to the Grand Canyon through Tusayan. Pretty convenient. No trouble making sunrise at the canyon.

Very quiet campground close to Tusayan and the South Rim entrance to the Grand Canyon. Campsites are not jammed together and there are several pull-through spots. There is, however, a lack of potable water to fill an RV and no dump station. We were able to get both inside Grand Canyon National Park. We would stay there again without hesitation.

Extremely clean and quiet place. Very close to the entrance of the park. Hosts were very helpful and kept a nice camp.

The campgrounds were very empty which was surprising for the 4th of July weekend. The campground doesn't seem to get a lot of use and three was an abundance of wood laying around on the ground for the camp fires. The restrooms were very clean and taken care of. They had new paint and were well maintained.

General
- COMMERCIAL TOUR GROUPS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT TEN-X CAMPGROUND Commercial operators MUST obtain a special use permit to operate on National Forest System lands, including Ten-X Campground. Due to high public demand, Kaibab National Forest will not be issuing any special use permits for Ten-X Camground until further notice. Therefore, no commercial tour groups are allowed at Ten-X Campground. All violators will be removed from the campground immediately and given a fine for violating the Code of Federal Regulations.
- Single campsites accommodate a maximum of 8 people and 1 vehicle. Double campsites accommodate a maximum of 14 people and 2 vehicles. Groups that arrive with more people than allowed will be asked to move and will be charged for an additional site. Additional vehicles may be accommodated depending on the site. Each additional vehicle is subject to a $5/night fee
- No utility hookups
- Generators are allowed at Ten-X Campground. Generators can only be operated from 6am to 9pm.
- Limit of 15 vehicles per group site
- Due to limited water supply, RVs are not allowed to fill up at the campground
- No dumping of waste or grey water inside the campground; there is a dump station and water fill inside Grand Canyon National Park
- No shower or laundry facilities; these services are available inside Grand Canyon National Park
- Pull-through sites can accommodate up to a 35-ft. RV
- No use of off-highway vehicles inside this facility
