I have never been to a campground where the bathrooms were this clean! The camp hosts were so nice. The grounds were gorgeous. Blue Ridge lake water is full! From the campsite you can head to the reservoir and it only takes 10 minutes by car. Bring kayaks & paddle boards. There are only a few parking spots near the boat ramp. There is no beach for swimming and hanging out with kids. Only boating on water.

This was one of the cleanest and best cap camps I have ever been to. All of the facilities were fantastic. The camp hosts were awesome! Great campground and will definitely go back soon!

We had a great experience. We’ve wanted to spend a few days at this campground since we first discovered it on a visit to the reservoir. It did not disappoint for many reasons -
The campground host was welcoming and did a wonderful job maintaining the sites and the restrooms (am not sure I’ve ever seen one so clean).
The view from our site was absolutely stunning.
We were treated to some wonderful views as the weather went from bright sunshine to cloudy skies with lightening shows and thunder.
The night sky was brilliant.
No cell service turned out to be a real treat.
There is a fair amount of space between campsites which is not always the case at many campgrounds.
It was so peaceful and restful.

Bring a kayak for the reservoir. We were allowed to have a fire in the fire pit at our camp spot. Nice.
