What Guests Are Saying
The North Rim Campground is highly praised for its spacious and well-maintained sites, beautiful natural surroundings, and proximity to the Grand Canyon views. Campers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, clean facilities, and the availability of a general store with essential supplies. Although there were some issues with water access and restroom cleanliness during a recent fire evacuation, the overall experience remains positive, with many expressing a desire to return in the future.

A great camping space and setup, with lots of room for each campsite, considerate neighbors, and everything close at hand for exploring the North Rim. Unlimited pinecones were a fire-starting bonus!

Walking to the lodge from the campground is great and very easy. Not particularly a biker friendly area.

The camp site was excellent. We saw deer walking past in the rear of the camp. Lots of big pine trees. Beautiful site. Very nice hike along the canyon to the lodge.
The nights were cool in late May which felt amazing.
Loved the North Rim and camp ground.

Had a lovely time. Every trail I hiked was beautiful, and the weather was kind to us.

Loved the North Rim Campground. It had a totally different vibe to it than Mather Campground on the South Rim. Very calm, quiet, and peaceful.
Site 56 was great with plenty of space and trees. The only negative was we had to share a pull through parking drive with the adjacent campsite. Most other sites seemed to have their own. That wasn’t a problem for us, as we were in a car. I could see how it could be a problem with somebody towing a trailer. But they could probably work it out. Can’t wait to go back!

Great spacious campsite! It is in the middle of one of the lanes so not very private. Close but not next to a bathroom. The bathrooms were extremely clean. You can easily walk to a trail that brings you to the lodge and are close to the general store.

Campground was great since it was so accessible to the North Rim. We had two sites and the second one was just 30 yards or so from the rim and the trails. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.
