What Guests Are Saying
The North Rim Campground is highly praised for its spacious and well-maintained sites, beautiful natural surroundings, and proximity to the Grand Canyon views. Campers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, clean facilities, and the availability of a general store with essential supplies. Although there were some issues with water access and restroom cleanliness during a recent fire evacuation, the overall experience remains positive, with many expressing a desire to return in the future.

Clean, quiet and well spaced out. Helpful rangers and a general store that can run on generators when the power goes out

Much more peaceful and fewer people than the South Rim. Stayed in the campground and it was very quiet at night.

Despite an unexpected power outage, this was a wonderful experience. The employees made the best of what I can imagine was frustrating circumstances. Camp store was open, visitor services including the shuttle, and we were able to visit the lodge as well. Gorgeous campsite with mixed conifers and aspens, I especially enjoyed birdwatching along Transept trail!

The site was very nice, with easy access to the Transept Trail. A little walk from the parking area. The only concern is that there is one pit toilet available for all 12 campsites in the tent only area. When we were there it was very quiet, and nice to be away from any RVs. The campsite was well maintained and clean.

The park ranger was very helpful, he found us a site that had been cancelled so we could stay another night. Very enjoyable stay despite some transient severe weather.
