First, the booking system is smooth and convenient. You can see the available sites and the book directly from their website. And of course there is no 55 age restrictions and it’s friendly with families with kids. Second, the RV area is newly constructed nicely set up. It is located in the center of this RVPark, with dumping sewer, freshwater, and the electronic charging device. Third, the people living here are friendly and facility manager is responsive and helpful: picked up the phone call right away and reached you in 15 mins. It is overall a peaceful and friendly place. I would pick it again when I visit Phoenix next time.

I've never been so frustrated trying to reserve at an RV Park! Manager is very friendly but seems to not know what she's doing. I attempted for several weeks to contact this property to reserve a spot long-term but was never able to get a hold of anyone for at least a month after leaving several messages. A couple times someone answered and then hung up on me when I asked about the RV park. Finally, I managed to get a hold of someone who stated that they were the new manager of the property and said they would email me an application. I had to call back a couple times to request it be emailed again as I did not receive it because it was either sent to the wrong address or the manager just never sent it. Finally when I did receive it it was an application for a mobile home and I explained to them multiple times I was wanting to stay with my RV at the resort, but she said I needed to fill out this application anyways so I did. I sent it in along with copy of my job earnings and a copy of my driver's license. No response back. I called the manager back and she said she would send me an email with the link to pay a deposit. I received no email with this link and instead received an email thanking me for my interest in purchasing a property at the mobile home park. I'm starting to think this place doesn't even have an RV resort. I would go in person and talk to them but I'm not in Arizona right now I won't be getting out there till October but I would just say find another place as the manager does not seem to know what she's doing here!

Save yourself the stress and just don't move here.
They are unable to consistently keep the pool clean, sediment on the bottom, gets green and has to be closed constantly. They dont answer the phone, theyre never in the office, god forbid you need to get ahold of somebody. Still cant get usps packages to be delivered because there arent package receptacles in use, so you have to travel to the post office for everything. Street lights will be out for years and they wont respond to a request to fix it. They shut off the water with no notice constantly, like... am i living in the united states lol?! And on top of all that mess, they always want to increase the rent 🫩🥴
They should be reducing rent if anything because of the lack of consistent accessible water to our homes, most often with zero notice i will add. For example, you're screwed if you have a plumbing appt scheduled and they randomly shut off the water, because youll get stuck paying the fee for the plumber to come out, and not be able to get anything done.

If I could give negative stars I would. The Handy man has targeted my house and family repeatedly.
My car has been towed multiple times for parking in the street during the day even though 8 other cars in the park are parked exactly the same including his. When I called him to complain he threatened to make my time at the park miserable.
The water is always being turned off on what seems like a weekly basis. It’s sad that rules are not the same for everyone. There is not enough parking available for residents or guests. Oh and their office is never open after normal people get off work or on weekends. You call, and rarely ever get a response.
Horrible experience

One of their “employees” who’s not even employed with them has a personal vendetta against us and called a private towing company for my car even though 8 total cars around the complex were parked in the same spot i was. Horrible complex as well as front office staff.

Edit: They say to contact the office yet the office is ALWAYS closed and no one ever answers the phone, if you call the emergency number on the door it’s the old man who is targeting my family. I also forgot to include the other cars that were parked in the same conditions that he listed were unacceptable which he said “No one under ANY circumstance is allowed to park in the rocks, in front of their own home or in the road” to which that same day i went around and took photos of all the cars that were in those exact same spots yet I was the only one who got my car towed by a private towing company
