Nice place to camp with the family. Already planned another trip for the end of March. The only drawback was the online pictures. I made the reservation online and the site was different than the pictures. Had to buy another campsite to fit the RV since the slideout opened on the passenger side. The slide-out would have been in the street. A place to dump the garage so that you do not have to take it home with you. Dump station available but there may be a little wait time. Overall a great place to visit.

Nice campground except for someone's noisy generator running most of the day.

This campground is a pretty good option for RV campers, especially those with boats. The host was very nice. The bathrooms were as clean as could be expected. And there are a handful of people clearly set up for the long haul, not just a weekend getaway. The boat launch is just down the path (or road). It's a bit more of a struggle for tent campers. The sound of tiny fishing boats with oversized engines zipping around the lake is a big part of the ambient noise, as are the RV generators that never seem to stop. Tent campers should aim for one of the walk-to sites on the cane trail. These sites are a little farther from the generators and you have excellent views of the lake. All in all, likely an ideal campground for some, but not necessarily my cup of tea.

Very nice campground. Boat ramp was quite a ways away from the Teddybear loop.

There should be a better description of the campsites on the website. Park-on-the-side-of-the-road sites are very disappointing. Mine was on an incline and there was no way to get my rig level. I had to move to another site. The firepit was full of old ashes & debris. The rigs around me ran their generators constantly so the air was full of noise & exhaust fumes.
At least the bathroom was somewhat clean. There's a solar panel on the roof but, no light inside. Bring your own soap & paper towel to wash your hands.
