What Guests Are Saying

Grapevine Group Campground offers a beautiful setting with stunning lake views and friendly campground hosts who provide helpful information upon arrival. However, the ongoing issue with the lack of running water and limited restroom facilities has led to some concerns about hygiene. While the campground atmosphere can be disrupted by loud parties, many visitors still had a great experience and expressed a desire to return.

Great and affordable group site with lovely views of Roosevelt Lake. Bathroom was clean.
The ramadas and picnic tables were great for group meals, and the individual sites within the group loop offered plenty of room to spread out. We did encounter a lot of wildlife at our site (tarantulas, scorpions, rattlesnake). Overall very pleased.

No power at the Ramadas or bathrooms. No hot water! It's outrageous to pay over $700 for a group spot for five days and have nothing working. Gates were locked and code given did not open it. Had to wait five hours to have Campground host open it.

Unfortunately I have to give a poor rating this go round, while the campground itself for camping is great and the scenery beautiful the bathroom situation is inexcusable. While this is our go to destination we will rethink staying at the campground paying full price with less than full amenities.

Group site was clean and tidy. Restrooms weren't working due to maintenance at the campground. But a clean portable toilet was provided. Views were great and all had a good time.
