When we go camping at Sedona, Cave Springs is our first choice. Absolutely love the campground and the staff who works there. Surrounded by trees, plenty of bathrooms, and plenty of sites to choose from.

Very quiet, not even music playing— exactly what you should get when you want to escape the city and relax with Mother Nature. Beautiful creek with fishing activity. Beautiful woods. Very friendly staff. Respectful campers. Dog friendly. Bathroom and trash and water all very easily accessible. Bon fire w grill attached.

Great campground with water, toilets, picnic tables and fire pits. (I did not partake of the showers). Very nice and helpful hosts at the office for check in and check out, assisted me in purchasing firewood and a fire starter. I saw several beautiful Stellar Jays, a few huge Grackles, and I was even paid a visit by a little skunk near my campfire! The sun goes down early in the canyon this time of year and it was very chilly after dark. Beautiful trees and changing colors. Conveniently located; I drove a short way to park at the West Fork trailhead and hike. Only downside, my campsite A10 was rather close to the road 89A and I heard cars driving by often, even during the night. Earplugs helped. Next time I would choose a campsite further from the road, but I booked last minute so there was not much available. Highly recommend this campground; I would camp there again! Loved it

We enjoyed this beautiful clean campground for 3 days, 2 nights. The bathrooms are clean and didn't have a strong stench. The campsites are pretty close to each other in LOOP F. It was a short walk to get to the trail that leads to Oak Creek. Camp hosts were great and helpful, they delivered us our wood for the campfire. There’s a little shop when you first enter the campground. It’s a short drive to go into Sedona where there’s so much to explore. Can’t wait to come back when it’s warmer to enjoy the water!

Tall pines, plenty of the bird kingdom, nice and clean camp sites, excellent staff, beautiful hiking trials, especially the Krystal clear water hole. Our last day there I was in such a hurry packing and left the campground. I had left 2 walking staffs that I had created behind. We was well over a half a day of driving before I realized I had left them at the campsite. We turned around drove all the way back and the grounds keeper had picked them up and when I had mentioned them amd described them. They more than kindly returned them to me. Such an honest and kind hearted couple that found them. Much gratitude and respect 🙏 Thank you for the experience 🙏 The only thing I wasn't fond of was paying 8$ for 8min shower. I do innerstand why it cost, to keep down on waste. But really 😆 🤣 😂 thats not even time for a military shower
Other than that 1 lil upset, it was an amazing campground with wonderful Grounds Keepers 🙏

First time solo camping as a female. I chose this site because I knew it was really popular and almost completely occupied. I never felt unsafe and despite the fact that it was full the sounds levels were never problematic! The staff were very nice and cared about my experience. And above all, the site was clean and beautiful! I love love loved the fact that there were plants all around! Not just trees but the not walkway areas were full of beautiful foliage! The creek was so pretty and it was like driving into a fairy-tail! I look forward to going back and exploring more!
As a note, my only downside is that all of the sites seem to have a paved parking area that does not have a way to connect to a non paved area. The reason this matters to me is that my tent connects to my car so securing it to the ground was a bit of a conundrum.
I was able to post down one half of the bottom of the tent but the other half did not reach across the length of the paved driveway. I was able to secure it down with the guy wires well and it withstood a windy night well. So it is still doable, just something to consider!

Our family had a wonderful time camping at Cave Springs Campground! The area is absolutely gorgeous — surrounded by tall trees, peaceful scenery, and a very relaxing atmosphere. The campground was clean and well-maintained, and everyone we met (both staff and fellow campers) was super friendly.
The bathrooms and showers were also impressively clean — definitely better kept than at many other campgrounds we’ve visited. The only downside was that only two of the five showers were open during our stay, which created long wait times — about 45 minutes before we could get in. Also, the shower tokens are $8 each, which felt a bit pricey.
Overall though, it’s a beautiful and peaceful place to camp, and we’d absolutely come back again. Just be sure to bring a little extra patience for the showers!
