My friend and I stayed there for 3 nights, the absolute best experience, such nice views, wonderful workers, clean areas, although we just avoided the bathrooms, other than that, really safe and comfortable.

Nice campground.
My only suggestion is regarding the showers. An $8 token for eight minutes of shower time is more than most people need.
How about a $5 token for five minutes of shower time?

All staff were so helpful and always smiling! I have been going to Cave Springs since I was 2 months old and I’m now 51 yrs. This place is so precious to me and I loved how amazing the hosts were.

Cave Spring Camp is a nice little spot with plenty of things to do. There were a couple of hikes that we took right from camp. There is a swimming hole just South of the campground that is about a 10 minute casual walk in the woods. It is close enough to town if you need to run in for something you forgot. Plus there are a gazillion places to hike around Sedona. There is ice available, which is nice as there are no hook ups. The sites have picnic benches and are relatively level. Our 24' bumper pull was a tad tricky to park in the spot we had. There are large rocks that delineate the road's edge. I can totally understand why they are there but it can make parking a tad tricky with such limited maneuvering space. Select your spot according to size of camper carefully. We were close to the creek and it made a pleasant sound all the time. Traffic on the highway is very close, just across the creek, and sometimes an annoyance. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The neighbors fairly quiet. Generators can only run certain hours.. Vault toilets were available throughout the facility. The one we used was always clean and stocked nicely. Overall. Enjoyable location. We will go back in a heartbeat should we wish to camp in this area again.
