Our first time at Cave Springs! It was great! All of the hosts were amazing and very helpful! The grounds were kept clean. Nice and quiet at night. Had zero issues with other campers being loud. We were able to fit three 4 person tents on our site. Loved the creek literally walking distance from any site. Enjoyed fishing. Impressed with their showers. Definitely staying at Cave Springs again!

Fantastic campground! Hosts/rangers were awesome and so helpful. We had a gorgeous site right by Oak Creek. A lovely spot in a beautiful area.

Beautiful campground over all. The sites here are really close together but this site (D11) was ok given that it’s on a corner lot. Still feels really close to D10 if you have more than one tent though. The campground is really close to the highway so you can hear a lot of the cars all day which isn’t ideal. And this campsite (and I’m guessing this general portion of the campground) has a ton of skunks running around. We have dogs so this was a little problematic as they’d start to walk through our campsite around 7:30pm and our dogs would go nuts. Luckily no one got sprayed but they were all really brave and you could definitely smell them throughout the campground.

One of the best campgrounds around!

Please bring back the early showers and restore the old style pump handles on the spigots!

Overall it was a good experience. The campsite was clean and spacious. We were far enough away from people to get a “primitive camping” feel. The creek was close by and my family enjoyed it! If I had anything to complain about, it would be the bathrooms. The bathrooms were basically just elevated holes in the ground. No flushing. If you are ok with that, it’s a good campsite. Be careful for wild animals though. A skunk came through our campsite and tore apart our trash.

One of our favorite campsites in Arizona so far! We loved the wooded sites and being able to explore Oak Creek right in camp. Very welcoming and nice camp hosts, and very clean bathrooms (cleanest pit toilets I have experienced). Family-friendly and busy but still very peaceful. The road is nearby but we were never bothered by noise. Loved exploring Slide Rock nearby and would get up earlier to do West Fork Trail next time. Also, saw skunks for the first time when they came out to explore camp but they never bothered us.
