Have been camping here for over 46 years. A lot of changes throughout the years. The last 10 plus years had been a little uneasy as the hosts had been too strict with everything. I had 5 spots reserved and we were all very happy with all the hosts. Younger generation was absolutely wonderful.

Been coming here for over 45 years. The camp host this time was perfect! Polite. Friendly. Accomodating. Smiling. Pleasant. Made the whole vibe so nice! Clean restrooms. Nice!

The site was great... I wish other visitors would treat it well. The camping slot was in good condition and kept in good condition. The many large trash containers were left open and not secured; unsure if animals are a concern here but its not my practice to leave them in that condition to lure animals. 80% of them had large pieces of cardboard and large garbage bags of trash (appears that many first time campers purchased new gear that wasn't unpacked at home first). Across the street from the camping is a nice trail I recommend doing for sunrise or in the morning. Steep climb with great views. Never interacted with the host(s) but they were visible if needed. Overall a good experience.

The area was absolutely beautiful. By far, one of our favorites in AZ. Helpful rangers on site. Showers, bathrooms very clean. Quiet and remote. We relocated to a different site closer to the creek when we saw it was available, ranger was happy to allow it. We were just sad we had to leave a day early due to wildfires near us. They refunded us. No problem. We were able to relocate south of Prescott to another campground, recommended by ranger. Thank you!

Clean and well staffed with friendly people. Drinking water was available but did not have hose connections to fill RV water tank. Some sites are very tight in length for parking of trailer and vehicle. Great location and lot's of trees enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful views. The neighbors were a little noisy but that’s not the park’s fault I guess. Awesome hiking trail that led to the water hole. Will come here again!

They stopped allowing campfires after the first night we were there. I’m not sure if they just don’t allow them on the weekends or all summer. It’s a bummer not being able to have a fire at night and it would have been nice if we knew that ahead of time.
